David Myers, President & CEO

David brings over 30 years of equipment leasing experience in both sales and executive management positions.

Over his career David has served in capacities such as Executive Vice President, Director of Sales, Regional Vice President and National Account Manager. The majority of his career has been in the Leasing industry, working for companies such as Fidelity National Financial and Macquarie Equipment Finance.

Prior to joining Veterans Leasing, he was the Director of Sales for a privately held equipment leasing company, where he managed all sales operations.

David holds a B.S. from King College in Bristol, Tennessee.  David and his wife Shari currently reside in the Cleveland Ohio area.  He has two children, and enjoys outdoor activities including running and tennis.

 

Garry Foster, Founding Member

Garry founded Veterans Leasing in 2008, and brings nearly 40 years of Information Technology and Equipment Leasing experience, both in sales and senior management positions.

During his career Garry has served in many capacities including President, Director of Sales, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President for companies such as IBM, Amdahl, Comdisco, and CIT.

Prior to founding Veterans Leasing, Garry served as the Global Director of Business Development for a Division of CIT Finance, gaining additional experience and insights into international technology lease transactions and global financing alternatives.

Garry holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Garry and his wife Jenice currently reside in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. He has 5 adult children and enjoys Oklahoma State University Athletics.

Terry Plunkett, Chief Operating Officer

Terry brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and senior management experience in both small and large firms, and with both public and private companies.

Over his career Terry has served in capacities such as Director, Vice President and President. The majority of his career has been in the IT, Leasing and Software industries, working for companies such as Comdisco and Forsythe Technology.

Prior to joining Veterans Leasing, he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a member of the Executive Team at a mid-market software company, where he helped position the company for sale to a private equity firm.

Terry holds a B.S. from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management/Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.  Terry and his wife Jill currently reside in the Dallas Fort-Worth Texas area. They have two sons Zack and Grant, and enjoys high-school & college baseball and scuba diving.
